Way Faster them my vise grips and wire. August 16, 2010

I used to use my vise grips and a loop of barbwire for what this tool now does for me in less time/effort and far easier to set up and move from strand to strand. Pow r Pull is sometimes a lil tricky depending the angle and length of run. However on a long fence line pulling fence or barbwire it literally will pay for itself rather quickly in no time. It certainly helps acheive the ultimate goal/bonus of tight tight fences looking sharp.

I use this device with my come-along to stretch fence wire. I haven't found anything else as simple and reliable.
It would be nice if the jaw teeth were a little bit sharper to bite into the run strands on anti-walk-down fencing. This wire is harder than standard barbed wire and tends to slip in the Wire Grip's jaw.
